Software Development Quality Policy

RTEmd is committed to:

  • providing high-quality, safe and effective software and services that meet the requirements of our customers,
  • soliciting feedback from customers as to their satisfaction with our work and business processes, and
  • seeking opportunities for improvement in our processes that will increase the quality of our deliverables.

RTEmd managers are accountable for establishing a formal Quality Management System that complies with ISO 9001-2000 and the applicable parts of 21 CFR Part 820. Compliance with these standards is the highest priority of management and staff.

RTEmd managers will periodically review this Quality Policy and the Quality Management System, update them as necessary, and ensure that complete and accurate quality documentation is created and maintained.

RTEmd managers shall establish and communicate quality objectives to the organization.

RTEmd employees understand the needs of their internal and external customers and actively seek methods to improve the way they meet those needs. They are accountable for applying all Quality Management System practices on a daily basis in the performance of their assigned duties.

Employees, as well as suppliers, participate fully in providing the necessary level of quality. We understand that delivering a quality solution in our projects depends on building quality into each step, and into each interaction with the customer and other team members.
